Greetings FWAFA Family,

Just want to give a big shoutout to SGT. Out of 20 auditioned singers, 16 SGT singers have made it into divisional honor choirs for the Southwestern American Choir Directors Association conference happening from February 28th-March 3rd, 2022. They will travel to Little Rock, Arkansas to rehearse and perform with the top singers across the Southwestern United States. This is the largest participation from FWAFA and SGT in the entire history of our school and choir. Give these students a round of applause! Also, parent and medical notes for unexcused absences must be submitted to the main office within 3 days after the absence.

Lastly, Ms. VanDyck, Ms. Smithley and I will be hosting Middle School and High School Preview Night for our current 6th graders and 8th graders on Tuesday, November 16th. The Middle School session will start at 6:00 p.m. and the High School session will start at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium. We will talk about the curriculum, class options, and culture of middle school and high school.
