Texas School of the Arts (TeSA) offers a challenging program and truly innovative environment in which Kindergarten through 5th grade students develop artistically and academically. Our mission is to inspire a lifelong passion for learning and empower students to achieve academic excellence through an arts-based education. We do this through creative instructional strategies and rigorous academic goals in every classroom.
All TeSA students explore Dance, Music, Theatre, and Visual Art and have opportunities to perform and showcase their artwork, helping build motor skills, confidence, collaboration, leadership, and creativity. A life-long appreciation for the arts is fostered as students regularly become artists, choreographers, composers, writers, and performers.
