Weddings at venues outside of a 15-mile radius will incur an additional Travel fee which may include meals, lodging, and transportation.
There is a non-refundable deposit required to secure Texas Boys Choir for your event. The deposit is due once the contract has been executed, signed, and returned to Texas Boys Choir.
The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days before the date of the event/performance.

There are four available packages for booking the choir for your wedding. The Basic Wedding Package is $2,500 for up to three (3) songs from our wedding repertoire. More elaborate Wedding Packages including customized options are available for an additional cost. Please note there is an additional fee of $500-$1000 for holiday appearances.
The deposit will be non-refundable if the client needs to cancel their booking. The remaining balance will not be due in the event of a cancellation.
Yes, recordings of some of our song selections are available and can be sent upon request.
Yes, however, there is an additional fee of $500 per piece pending approval from the Artistic Director. The Artistic Director will assess if the outside song selection is feasible for our performers, especially when considering the schedule of our other performances. Outside song selections must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to the wedding ceremony.
Song selections do not need to be made when executing the contract but must be made sixty (60) days prior to the wedding ceremony. If a song is selected outside of our wedding repertoire, Texas Boys Choir must be notified at least ninety (90) days prior to the wedding ceremony. The Artistic Director will need to assess if the outside song selection is feasible for our performers, especially when considering the schedule of our other performances.
It is preferred that the venue have an organ or acoustic piano. For wedding music, an organ is preferred. If using a piano, it must be recently tuned. If the venue does not have an organ or piano, we can bring an electric piano for an additional $500 fee.
The client is responsible for securing an experienced accompanist. Usually, the church organist who is playing for other parts of the service is the one who accompanies the choir. If this is not possible, the choir will provide an accompanist for an additional fee of $500.
The number in the choir may range between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) boys. Our basic packages include 14-18 treble voices, but other packages are available that include the changed voices.
