Grades 9th – 12th
June 11 – Friday, June 14, 1PM – 4PM
Musical Theatre Audition Prep Intensive (for students entering grades 9-12 and students entering their freshman year of college in the Fall of 24)
Calling all high schoolers with a serious passion for musical theatre! Join Broadway star and FWAFA’s own Jay Johnson for 4 days of audition prep. Each day Jay will focus on a different part of a typical college professional musical theatre audition: vocal auditions, dance and movement calls, and monologues and cold reads. Students will receive one on one coaching and feedback each day. On the final day students will perform in a showcase of the material they worked on during the week. This camp is limited to 10-12 students. Interested students should email their performance resume to Krista.Langford@fwafa.org. Once the resume is received and reviewed, students will be contacted about camp payment and registration.
