What are your hobbies? My favorite hobbies are to listen to Audiobooks. Listening to books has become a passion.  I also love going on long walks or bike rides with my husband when the weather is nice.

What’s one professional achievement you’re most proud of? Something that I am most proud off is to have become bilingual at an older age, this allowed me to not only feel fulfilled personally but professionally.  I was able to complete a Masters in education and become a teacher, this was my dream, I thought this was going to be impossible, I did not speak English when I moved to this country at 25.

What would you choose if you could only eat one type of cuisine for the rest of your life?  I have to say that no matter how much I love living in Texas, I miss Spanish food so much.  I could have Spanish food or anything from the Mediterranean Cuisine daily.
